Good property, great rooms and surroundings also very pleasant. Close to the center so was a great location with many good restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel. We were there for an exhibition and the place was only a short cab ride to Birmingham NEC which was very convenient. The coffee/hot chocolate machines near the lobby were such a great value add. The breakfast also was nice. The breakfast staff were very helpful and kept the space clean and well stocked.

The decor is very calming and relaxing, the service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, very professional. There are plenty of selections at breakfast and catered for all dietary needs. Evening meal was high class, recommended the the steak fridge and the game shepherd's pie. Excellent customer service too, I room was very small and cramped, but within minutes of being in our room we received a text message to see if we were happy with the room, which replied that we was not happy, our room was changed to a much larger room which was very quick and efficient.

Lovely location, easy and plenty of parking, room was a very good size and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately due to a little confusion post booking the beds were twin rather than a double. We didn't mind much as it was easy enough to push them together. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very amenable as we had a dog and overall the hotel was quiet despite a large wedding taking place.

The room was very clean, fairly spacious, the bathroom with a large walk-in shower was very nice. Fairly good vegan and gluten free options available at breakfast.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the NEC, good value for money, the beds were very comfy although we stayed in a "King room" but be aware the beds are double beds. The room was clean and tidy, a nice shower and toiletries provided. Good, free WiFi and TV in the rooms. Spa Access is free and provides towels but the spa is a little outdated. Staff friendly and helpful. £10 per 24 hrs for parking. Good breakfast but a little expensive at £16.96 pp. Overall would recommend.
